Refer A Friend Discount

If you are an existing customer you can refer a friend and get a discount on your next service.

  • They will receive 10% off their very first service.
  • You will get 10% off your next service as a thank-you.

How to Redeem

  • You need to be an existing customer.
  • We will give you a voucher when you get your machine back, you can give this to anyone you want to.
  • Your friend will need to mention the voucher on booking
  • The original voucher will need to be produced by your friend when we get the machine.
  • We will then apply the discount to your friend’s bill.

The Small Print (so it all stays neat and tidy):

  • The voucher is valid for 6 months.
  • It can only be applied to a first service.
  • Your discount is unlocked once your referee has completed their first service.
  • Your discount applies to a standard service only, not repairs or parts / labour.
  • Your discount cannot be stacked with other offers from Pedal & Treadle (ie: you cannot save multiple discounts to be applied to a single service)
  • If you refer more people than you have machines to service, discounts can be applied to classes and products of our sister arts company, Bad Dave.

Loyalty Points Programme

Keep your machine happy – and earn rewards along the way!

Here’s how it works:-

  • Every time your machine comes in for its six-month service you will collect 1 Service Point.
  • Collect 4 Service Points (that’s two years of regular care) and enjoy 20% off your next (5th) service as a thank-you for looking after your machine properly.
  • You will automatically be enrolled and we will let you know when your discount can be used.

The Small Print

  • One point awarded per service.
  • Discount applies to a single service only, not repairs, parts / labour.
  • Points don’t expire.
  • The points are yours and are transferrable across your machines.

Gift Vouchers

Do you know someone that sews? Do you want to help out with their sewing machine service costs? Maybe encourage that servicing is a worthwhile step to ensure their machine lasts a long time and they continue to enjoy sewing?

We can help! We offer gift vouchers for any amount you want to give.

Here’s how it works:

  • You contact us and let us know how much you want a voucher for.
  • We will create a voucher with a unique code for your customised amount.
  • We will post the voucher to you, at no extra cost to you.
  • If you need the voucher in a hurry (ie: it’s 5pm on Christmas eve) then we will email you the code. (Bear with us on the e-vouchers side, we’re getting there!)

The Small Print

  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
  • They can only be redeemed once.
  • They are for services only, not for repairs, parts/labour.
  • If the recipient does not want the gift voucher it can be transferred (See T&C)

Blue Light Discount

We offer a 10% discount on standard servicing for all current Blue Light Card members.

Here’s how it works:

  • Let us know you are a Blue Light Card member when booking in your machine.
  • You can have a maximum of three machines registered for this discount.

The Small Print

  • Discount applies to the cardholder and their dependents only.
  • Discount can be claimed for a service to any machine owned by the Blue Light card holder up to a maximum of three makes and models of machine (these can be changed/updated should the cardholder change machines. Additional machines will not qualify for the discount.
  • Discount can be claimed for a maximum of one standard service per machine per year.
  • Discount does not apply to repairs, parts and labour.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts / offers
